Grayhawk is a full-service interior and exterior demolition company.

That means we do it all, from start to finish, including site cleanup; recycling; identifying, removing and disposing of hazardous materials; and more. Locally owned and operating for 20 years, we know at least two things extremely well: demolition and the Puget Sound region.

In addition to demolition, Grayhawk specializes in asbestos abatement, lead abatement, mold remediation, concrete cutting and comprehensive recycling services.

Trained, certified workforce – We employ a skilled union workforce that’s fully trained and certified to perform highly specialized and regulated services in a variety of settings. Our personnel are well versed in OSHA regulations and hold certifications for Hazmat, Hazwoper, asbestos and lead abatement.

Equipment

We use state-of-the-art equipment for demolition projects and hazardous material remediation. For example, our demolition teams control dust with negative air machines, pulling dust through HEPA filtered machines instead of tenant spaces. The machines operate with 110 volt power and filter air at 2000 cubic feet of air per minute (CFM).

Safety

Safety at job sites and in all Grayhawk operations is a top priority. Our union workforce and all company employees are fully trained and certified to perform their particular work and to safeguard people and property.
Our Safety Officer/Trainer oversees Grayhawk’s safety and training programs, as well as employee certifications and related issues.
